Servant team is a group of students and staff dedicated to serving Cru, largely through weekly planning and handling of administrative affairs. For planning, servant team is split into two groups, Macro and Micro. Macro plans and runs large group meetings and all Cru events. Micro's members are the leaders of Cru's small groups, they are responsible for leading weekly studies in God's Word. The members of these two groups are:

Servant Team also has students serving in four offices who have taken on administrative roles to ensure that Cru's day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The president and vice president are jointly responsible for being the face of IIT Cru, completing organization paperwork, and delegating responsibilities throughout servant team and holding other members accountable. Zachary Nelson is the president and Nathan Gima is the vice president.
The treasurer handles the budget for IIT Cru, working with IIT Student Activities Funding and Chicago Metro Cru to ensure that all events are funded and all necessary funding paperwork is completed. He or she is also the main resource for students raising funds to participate in Cru's events, conferences, or summer projects. Ryan Cummings is Cru's treasurer.
The secretary keeps track of all Cru operations, including meeting times and minutes and event schedules. He or she also handles Cru communication and publicity, including the IIT Cru Facebook page and website, emails, and flyers for events. IIT Cru's secretary is Kathleen Lockhart.
